Team Russia only support tournament regulations and rules in all tournaments where we play!
On 25.03 all of us received emails from Executive committee that team Russia qualified in quaterfinals (instead of team Canada which also support sport and won’t to take a part in such a «sport crime» like this tournament) and will take a part in the next game.
Also in the same day Team Russia was ready to travel anywhere in anytime to play with any opponents. We’ve just waiting the information of our travel to another location. Now it’s 27.03 and we still didn’t receive any feedback from organization committee.
Team Russia states that organization committee must to complies all guarantee that they provided before the tournament (transfers, accomodation, sport events and meals).
If organization committee can’t organize the events as they promise, only they become responsible for this questions.
If the opponents don’t want to play with us, we only understand that team Romania scared to play with Russia, and if they don’t want to play, using all regulations, it must be technical lost for team Romania.
And as the result we states that we are won’t let to team Romania play in semifinals in Chicago.
This situation shows for all that it’s only scare and unsportsmanlike from team Romania.
If this situation with quaterfinals Romania- Russia, member of Executive committee, also the representative of National Team USA, Kevin Milliken will use in interests of his National Team USA, team Russia, also we hope that another members support our opinion, won’t let them to do this.
All information about this tournament will be provided by the official letter to Sport Accord and if some would like to put a sign under our words, we are free to be in contact.
Team Russia insist all teams who agreed with us to stop this tournament as we didn’t receive information side.
Team Russia insists that WMF must provide full report of organization and solving all questions during the tournament and also financial report.
